We purchased our home approximately eleven years ago and having subsequently spent tens of thousands of euro upgrading the visual aspect of property it became very clear that the real issues we needed to address related to aspects of the property that we could not see, issues with the roof, the electrical system, heating & plumbing and insulation to name but a few. With these concerns to the fore we embarked on a journey to undertake a complete a refurbishment of the entire 5,000 square foot house.

The project involved removing and reinstating the roof on the house while also removing all internal walls, floors, ceilings, plaster work, plumbing, heating & electrical. The entire interior of the house was striped back to the original external walls leaving us with nothing more than a shell.
